Condominiums

Treanor Architects worked with Capstone Development and First Management to construct a new concept in housing at Kansas State University. These loft-style units are one- and two-bedroom apartments designed with large living rooms to accommodate entertaining. The intended ownership will be alumni returning to campus to support athletic and social events. This project developed adjacent to Wagner Field, Home of the K-State football team.

Capstone Development created this concept and currently has plans to construct luxury sports condominiums on several college campuses that demonstrate strong and loyal alumni support to their sport teams.
