Student Apartments

The new student community at Benedictine College will include 48 apartments divided among three buildings. The suite-style units will include comfortable double-occupancy bedrooms, separate bathroom facilities with double sinks, a kitchen with bar-style dining and spacious living rooms.

The central building, identified architecturally by two masonry towers with intricate brickwork, will comprise apartments and the community commons area. The commons includes multipurpose rooms with high articulate ceilings; a kitchenette for catered events or student activities; and intimate gathering spaces for study sessions, conference meetings or more informal social gatherings. Exterior features include a large lawn graded into an amphitheater setting intended for student events. The gathering area surrounds a brick patio with a cozy fireplace.
