Flexible Laboratory Arrangements

In adding to an existing pharmaceutical research building 26,233 square feet of research laboratories, offices, seminar areas, animal care areas and required support services, we worked closely with INTERx personnel, Merck & Co. and MSDRL engineers.

This building, while economical, provided flexible laboratory arrangements that could be modified, as research needs changed. Mechanical/ electrical systems were very sophisticated. Each lab became independent of all others with respect to relative pressures and return air.
