Treanor recently completed a report for the Lawrence - Douglas County Fire and Medical Department to assist them with accurate planning for future station improvements. The plan calls for renovation of all station areas, creating individual sleeping rooms in lieu of the existing dorm configuration, rework of day room and office areas.
The study was completed in 2010.
