National Marketing Resources provides innovative business strategies, cutting edge training, as well as marketing and sales expertise to small business owners and entrepreneurs. The conceptual design of their new 30,000 sq ft building includes three full stories for general office and support areas, with a basement to house IT services, breakroom, flexible meeting spaces, storage and product assembly.

National Marketing Resources is a sales and customer service oriented office, with high energy and highly productive staff. Their new space has been designed to support and enhance these qualities. The design includes a high-end, ‘contemporary twist with the traditional’ -look for the public lobby space, with a modular arts wall and contemporary light fixtures; funky and technology driven employee areas; and ‘urban lodge’ feel in the executive suite. The design is flexible, so that the client can reconfigure the office layouts with ease as frequently as desired.

In our conceptual design we have included neutral palette with punches of color and contemporary lighting to define the different spaces/functions. Natural materials of cork, stone, glass and wood are combined in a modern design for the executive suite which also features a double sided fireplace. To facilitate information sharing and brainstorming, flat screen monitors, movable whiteboard systems, and collaborative seating groups are integrated throughout the employee areas. Quick and easy reconfiguration of staff is achieved by implementing access flooring and movable wall systems in the open office areas.
