Greek Village: William Woods University

Fulton, Missouri

Greek Village

The administration at William Woods University contracted with Treanor Architects to provide a program and conceptual design development services for a new Greek village.

One of the main goals for the project is to provide a sorority housing village where each chapter feels like a part of a greater Greek community while maintaining the identity of their own chapter house. The environmentally friendly village was designed with affordability in mind, to allow the university to market their housing competitively.

Each 34-bed chapter house has been sized for efficient use of space and to help sustain the chapters by creating demand for living in the sorority village.
